Castrianni, Joseph L. , 88, of Toms River, NJ formerly of Fort Lee NJ on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Edithe "Peggy" Castrianni. Loving Father of Joseph Castrianni and his wife Patricia, Anna Marie Browne and her husband Donald, Patricia Dalton and her husband Thomas and the late Edithe M. Castrianni. Dear Brother of Peter Castrianni, Lawrence Castrianni, Anna Castrianni, Betty Amato, Marie Pallazollo, and the late Leonard Castrianni. Cherished brother-in-law of Ida Castrianni. Adored grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of 5. He was the owner and operator of the Fireside Inn in Fort Lee for over 20 years before retiring in 1967. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII as Medical Technican from 1943-1946. He was a member of VFW Post #2342 Fort Lee. Funeral Thursday at 9AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM Church of the Epiphany. Entombment Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson NJ.
