Mass for Dr. John L. Koza, 79, who formerly practiced in the Wicker Park area, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John Brebeuf Catholic Church, 8307 N. Harlem Ave., Niles. Dr. Koza, of Lake Delavan, Wis., died there Thursday. His wife, Irene, died in January.
