Sally Landry, 89, died December 7, 2006 in her home in Fort Myers. She was born August 27, 1917, The daughter of Erki and Iva Maki, in Norwood, Massachusetts. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence, in May of 1991. 

She is survived by a niece, Elvi Salomaa of Oakland Park, Florida.

Sally, a Disabled American Veteran, served her county as an Army Nurse in Europe during World War II. She lived in Cape Coral for 18 years prior to moving to Calusa Harbour in Fort Myers in 1998.
