HENRY D. UGALDE, 81, of Tampa died Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A lifelong Tampa Bay area resident, he was a cigar maker and a U.S. Army veteran, serving in World War II. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by one daughter, Irma Register of Tampa; two sisters, Mercedes Fernandez and Mary Carreno, both of Tampa; and three grandchildren.  A.P.
